My passion is helping individuals either create, re-establish and/or improve their self confidence through mindful movement. I want each of my clients to feel strong and confident in their body, no matter age or fitness level. Using the many facets of the multitude of tools in my knowledge kit, I hope to offer you the chance to feel amazing inside & out with access to my online content. The Pilates Method is about creating a strong, balanced, capable body. Massage Therapy is a tool for releasing tension and supports injury rehabilitation. Guided Meditation is effective at reducing mental/emotional stress and is a fantastic tool for relaxation, improved sleep, focus and motivation.
